Sterling Services Ltd specialises in the production of architectural precast concrete cladding, concentrating in high quality bespoke projects requiring a high degree of skill and knowledge. Through our partnering and close relationships with developers, architects and main contractors we are asked to maximize the use of precast concrete, to ensure that projects benefit from prefabrication, resulting in projects achieving programme dates within the agreed cost plans.
Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme
Sterling Services has recently become CHAS accredited. CHAS is the established market leader for enabling the completion of health and safety pre-qualification assessments to a nationally recognised and accepted threshold level.
British Precast Concrete Federation (BPCF)
Sterling Services is a member of the BPCF. This is the trade association of precast concrete manufacturers. The main aims of the federation are to promote precast concrete in the construction market and to disseminate information, through a range of industry representation and by shared knowledge to add value to its member companies.
In July 2012, Sterling Services met the requirements of the BPCF Sustainability Charter and were very pleased to be awarded the status of Charter Signatory.
